Hand Reflexology Certification

The benefits of Hand Reflexology Certification.

The American Reflexology Certification Board (ARCB), is a nationally recognized for hand reflexology certification, and you have to be approved by ARCB. The ARCB contains seven board of directors, that aren't connected to any schools or government agencies. The directors are completely voluntary, and to keep the integrity, they are elected to their position. They also serve as a median for upcoming companies, and they can apply for approval through them, which will earn them creditability. The hand reflexology certification is credibility that will help keep the industry safe, and ensure proper education is being relayed to the customers. There are too many health organizations out there posing as health professionals.

What this does to the profession is it creates confusion, and with the ARCB, this allows the clients to recognize the high standards set by the ARCB. The standards set by the ARCB are very high, and they are there to ensure high quality health care is provided, and the proper education is taught to clients. When clients come to your establishment, they need to feel secure that you're going to be provided with proper care. To keep the hand reflexology certification up to date, continuing education is required. Twelve hours per year is the requirement to keep your certification valid.

This sends out the message to your clients, that not only are they receiving high quality care, but they are getting the most up to date information they need. Keep in mind that the ARCB isn't a license; it's a nationaly recognized certificate that shows your high standards for practice. The hand reflexology certification is new, and there is a prerequisite for taking this exam. In order to qualify for this exam, you must already have a foot reflexology certification. Hand reflexology is becoming more popular, and because of this, in 2008 they added this certification.
